Initial Ambition

In my opinion, this work will provide us with a very good experience that will enable us to teach. We will gain confidence speaking in front of people, being organized, and preparing things in the best way possible, offering an incredible experience. It will be difficult at first, but it only prepares us for the world of work.

11th Grade (24/25)

Final Reflection

My group performed well overall, from developing the lesson plans to implementing them, where the lessons went as smoothly as possible. There were adjustments that we needed to make, but these were issues we were able to resolve. As the classes progressed, we noticed a greater sense of ease among the teachers (Francisco, António, and Afonso), who were teaching with confidence and calm. Overall, we did a good job, and I think we'll continue to improve until there's no room for error.

Final Reflection

On the one hand, the challenge of teaching modalities that were initially outside our domain required adaptation, but with commitment and dedication, we were able to overcome it with ease and professionalism, resulting in excellent results and incredible classes. On the other hand, the entire "Aprendam Chabalada" team demonstrated exemplary performance both inside and outside of class, demonstrating commitment, determination, and a great deal of effort.
